1.Agreement To Sell
A contract between two parties in which one agrees to sell something to the other at a date in the future. In an agreement to sell, the transfer of the property is to take place at a future time or subject to some conditions to be fulfilled thereafter. At the time of the contract the property does not pass, but the buyer acquires a right in personam to the transfer of the property upon the happening of an event or the fulfillment of a condition. Under an agreement to sell the seller remains the owner until the agreement to sell becomes a sale. It is an executory contract.
2.Sale Deed
In a contract of sale the property is transferred from the seller to the buyer at the time of execution of the sale deed. Its effect is to transfer to the buyer forthwith a right in rem- The property in the goods. Under a sale the buyer becomes the owner forthwith.
3.Lease Deed
To make such a contract there must be a lessor able to grant the property , a lessee capable of accepting the grant and a subject matter capable of being granted. A document under which a landlord and tenant set forth the rights and obligations of each party with respect to an apartment, rental unit, or other real property owned by the landlord and used by the tenant.
4.Mortgage Deed
The Transfer of title of real estate which is made to secure the performance of some act, such as payment of money by the person making the transfer. Upon the performance of the act, the grantee agrees to convey the property back to the person who has conveyed it to him. A legal mortgage of lands may be described to be conveyance shall be void on payment of the money borrowed or performance of a covenant with a proviso, that such conveyance shall be void on payment of the money and interest on a certain day or the performance of such covenant by the time appointed by which the conveyance of the land becomes absolute at law, yet the mortgagor has an equity of redemption, that is, a right in equity on the performance of the agreement within a reasonable time , to call for a re-conveyance of the land
5.Release Deed
A written document in which one person appoints another person to act as an agent on his or her behalf, thus conferring authority on the agent to perform certain acts o functions on behalf of the principal.
6.Relinquishment DeedA relinquishment deed is for the purpose of surrendering the rights in an immovable property.
