SALARIED:

1. Application Form is Full Filled
2. 2 Passport Size & 1 Stamp Size Photos with signatures below the face.
3. ID PROOF: PANCARD MUST / PASSPORT AND EMPLOYYE’S ID.
4. Proof of address HR Letter from current employer- original / voter id / DL
5. Highest educational qualification proof.
6. Appointment Letter from current employer
7. LATEST CTC
8. Previous Employment Proof if any
9. Latest 3 months pay slips
10. Latest 6 months bank statement with 6 salary credits marked in PDF format with applicants name.
11. Form -16 & IT returns for latest 2 assessment years.

Self-Employees:

1. Application form duly filled and signed on all pages with passport size, 1 stamp size color photos.
2. Copy of PAN card of both customer and firm
3. Address Proof of both customer & Firm
4. Firm Registration
5. Profile of firm
6. ITR, statement of income, Profit loss, Balance sheet etc for 3 years with auditor seal signature.
7. For 3CA for 3 years
8. Rental Income- ownership documents, Rent Agreements, Bank credits.
9. Details of other loans
10. Current a/c statement for one year with bank seal & signature
11. Copies of property documents
12. Processing fee applicable as per your loan, NON refundable.
13. HFL to visit the business premises for further discussion.
